Before You Begin

Applying for a Baylands FCU loan online is a simple process and it will only take about five minutes of your time. The following are a few important pieces of information regarding the online loan application process:

  • Baylands FCU can only consider loan applications from members or those eligible for membership. If you choose to accept a loan from BayLands FCU, you will be required to become a member.
  • The online application requires information about income and debts of all applicants.
  • After submission of your application, it will be reviewed by a Mortgage Lending Specialist and you should receive a response before the end of the next business day.

Application Agreement

By clicking the “Accept” button, you promise that everything you state in your application is correct to the best of your knowledge and that the following information is a complete listing of what you owe. If there are any important changes you will notify us in writing immediately. You authorize the Credit Union to obtain credit reports in connection with this application for credit and for any update, increase, renewal, extension or collection of the credit received. You understand that the Credit Union will rely on the information in this application and your credit report to make its decision. If you request, the Credit Union will tell you the name and address of any credit bureau from which it received a credit report on you. The Credit Union may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit reports. It is a federal crime to willfully and deliberately provide incomplete or incorrect information on loan applications made to federal credit unions insured by NCUA.
