Member Service Representative
Baylands Family Credit Union has an opening for a full-time Member Service Representative, primarily at the New Kent Branch

The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented, energetic and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include professionally handling member's daily financial needs; provide account information by phone or in person on the full range of credit union products and services while following federal and Credit Union policies and procedures. Minimum one-year financial institution experience preferred.  Good credit history a must.  High School diploma or equivalent is required.
