Stimulus Payment Update

Please be advised we are experiencing higher than normal call volume and extended hold times concerning Economic Impact payments.  To determine if your stimulus payment has been posted to your account, please consider using one of the options below to obtain an update.

  1. Check your account using Online Banking or the Mobile App to see if your funds have arrived
  2. Use Online Banking and establish text alerts to notify you of account deposits
  3. You can also check the status of your funds on the IRS website’s “Get My Payment” portal

Baylands Family Credit Union handles multiple electronic deposit files that are received throughout the day and the credit union processes files as they become available. We do not have any advance information on when your payment will arrive, the amount of the payment, or the associated account information that the stimulus payment is being sent to.
