With the recent increase in the COVID positivity rate, it is important to take precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our members, visitors, and staff. Beginning Monday – January 11, 2021, all Baylands Family Credit Union locations will resume in-branch lobby service by appointment only. Individuals that require assistance with account and/or loan services in-person can simply call or email us to arrange for a mutually convenient appointment. Drive-thru services are available at each of our branch locations operating under normal drive-thru business hours. (excluding our New Kent location)

Baylands Family Credit Union remains committed to helping our members with their financial needs.  If you are experiencing a financial hardship because of COVID-19, please give us a call to discuss the options that may be available to you.  We can be reached during normal business hours by calling us locally at 804-843-2520 or toll free 888-843-2520.

Please continue to take advantage of our electronic services from the safety of your home or office.  These include:

  • Online and Mobile Banking App:  Offers you 24/7 access to your accounts - transfer money, pay bills, and more.  Download today on the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store.
  • Remote Deposit Capture (if enrolled):  Make deposits conveniently to your account.
  • ATM Machine:  Use for deposits (where available), withdrawals, transfers, etc.

We also encourage you to use caution about communications and claims you may receive about COVID-19 by text, email, or phone.  Unfortunately, there are many individuals that use these situations to perpetrate fraud or scams.
