Member Service Representative I (Part-Time)
Baylands Family Credit Union has an opening for a part-time Member Service Representative I, to work approximately 25 hours a week and will float between all branches (West Point, New Kent & Norge) covering where needed. The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented, energetic and able to work independently with limited supervision. Responsibilities include professionally handling member's daily financial needs; provide account information by phone or in person on the full range of credit union products and services while following federal and Credit Union policies and procedures.
Member Service Representative I
Baylands Family Credit Union has an opening for a full-time Member Service Representative I, primarily at the West Point Branch. The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented, energetic and able to work independently with limited supervision. Responsibilities include professionally handling member's daily financial needs; provide account information by phone or in person on the full range of credit union products and services while following federal and Credit Union policies and procedures.
Member Service Representative II
Baylands Family Credit Union has an opening for a full-time Member Service Representative II, primarily at the Norge Branch. The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented, energetic and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include professionally handling member's daily financial needs; provide account information by phone or in person on the full range of credit union products and services while following federal and Credit Union policies and procedures. Vault experience preferred. Minimum one-year financial institution experience preferred.
Collateral Insurance Coordinator (part-time)
Baylands Family Credit Union has an opening for a part-time Collateral Insurance Coordinator, working approximately 30 hours a week, primarily at the West Point Branch. This position will provide administrative support for the collateral insurance function. Duties include routine monitoring of insurance policies, timely communication with members and/or other third parties such as insurance carriers; ensuring timely receipt and recording of insurance records, and processing force-placed coverage as needed. Aids Consumer lending staff by performing a variety of support duties related to the lending & audit functions. PC skills are a must as well as being quality and service-oriented.
