History
Since
established in 1992, the SMARTMOVE® program
has been partnering with organizations to provide professional
real estate services and benefits to members and employees
nationwide. To date, our list of participating partners totals
over 83 credit
unions, associations, and corporations. As of March 2003, a
total of $2.1 Million in rebates has been returned to employees
or
members of the organizations participating. |

about SMARTMOVE® |
 SMARTMOVE® assists
members with buying/selling real estate.
Professional salaried
coordinator will be your central point of contact.
Cash rebates are
available (where allowed by law -- VA is okay)
Rebates do not
interfere with the member's right to negotiate the purchase price of
a home.
To be eligible
for this program, the member cannot already be committed to a real estate
firm by a listing agreement, buyer broker agreement, ratified sales contract,
or any other signed agreement.
Speaking with a
SMARTMOVE® coordinator does not obligate member to use the program.
Cash rebates range
from $100.00 to $5,000.00, depending on the sales price of the home. |
