Phone Teller is just like having your own personal
BayLands FCU teller at your access all the time.

No-cost access to your account via any touch-tone phone. Balance your checkbook, transfer funds between accounts, check balances, and other features Some fees may apply, but are typically avoidable.

Hear account balances Hear recent transactions Find out which checks have cleared Find out amounts and dates of deposits Transfer money between your accounts Transfer money to another credit union member

To sign up for BayLands@HOME Phone Teller,
simply call (804) 843-2490 and press '3' to access
account information. The system will walk you
through signing up for Phone Teller.

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) security was implemented for Phone Teller on April 2, 2007. You will be required to create an additional security code when you log into the system. You will then be required to enter your PIN and the new security code to access your account information.
