Branch Manager BayLands Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager at our James City-Norge (Williamsburg, VA) Branch. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual and have previous experience as a Branch Manager with a financial institution as well as mortgage lending experience. This individual will guide the branch team, keeping staff involved and energized through a member-focused sales and service approach as well as building the branch’s mortgage lending portfolio. Responsibilities include overall branch management & operations, supervision of branch staff, high quality member service with consumer & mortgage lending experience, compliance & security. Must have proven sound judgment, flexibility and initiative; highly effective communication and public relations skills; ability to lead, motivate and coach; strong attention to detail; and satisfactory PC skills. Member Service Representative Baylands Federal Credit Union has openings for both a full-time Member Service Representative primarily at the Williamsburg (James City-Norge) Branch. The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented, energetic and able to work independently with limited supervision. Responsibilities include professionally handling the member's daily financial needs; provide account information by phone or in person as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services while following federal and Credit Union policies and procedures. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum six months financial institution experience preferred. Qualifications: Customer Service-oriented, able to perform financial transactions and promote Credit Union services. Responsibilities include balancing daily transactions, servicing member accounts and verifying cash totals while following federal and Credit Union policies and procedures.
