Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year commissioned sales experience in the real estate market, a proven track record of loan origination and funding, an existing client base of real estate agents and other industry professionals, strong P.C. skills and strong working knowledge of agency underwriting guidelines. Lap top computer provided, 90 days guarantee pay prior to becoming fully commissioned, car allowance and an exceptional compensation package with incentive potential of 70 basis points.
